What this site does with your information
This site collects nothing about you. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics.
What does reach other companies
Fonts load from Google Fonts and icons load from unpkg. Those providers can see your IP address when your browser fetches them. Nothing you type on this site is sent to them.
Buttons that say claim, correct or list open your email program. Whatever you send goes to eric@hsfm.co and is used only to answer you.
The referral form
The referral form at app.referralright.com is a separate product with its own privacy terms. Do not type patient details on this site.
Hospital information
Hospital names, places and types come from public federal files. To correct or remove a listing, email eric@hsfm.co and it is done.
